In the Flavors Workshop
We make dishes with what we have always had around, which curiously has always been the most sustainable and what has fed generations and will continue to do so. What were customs of the past, paradoxically today are the future.

A restaurant where we explore every corner of the northwest area of Murcia in search of producers who take care of raw materials and work with seasonal products. With this concept we prepare traditional, home-made food with an international influence.
