We constantly update our menu
New dishes for this season

Bullas as a gastronomic destination
The flavors that have always been in the Bullas families, such as apricot jams with the surplus of the harvest, Christmas desserts with our own almonds, croquettes, or sausages with the cured meats that were made in the pig's death: they are a diet intrinsic to the experiences and customs of an area which can be summed up in a single sentence: “village cuisine”.
Juana Fernández is in charge of recover and transmit these values through the construction of each of the dishes from its menu and the selection of wines and craft beers to pair with.
The pairing serves as a link between solid and liquid flavors:
spins the story he wants to tell through the liquid element, thus connecting the past and present of a town like Bullas.
