OUR PROJECTS

We are committed to our environment and to the quality of the products we offer in our restaurant, which is why we have set to work to shape the projects that we are passionate about.
We have started by creating our own beer and in 2021 also our red wine of the Monastrel variety, the result of caring for our organic family vineyards.

In 2023, we have already harvested and started to get the best out of our land.

Invitation House

This house was our meeting point, there any excuse was valid to gather family and friends to have a good time celebrating life. Infected with that festive spirit, this wine is born from the vineyards that surround Casa Convite.

MONASTERL 2021

Toñi is in charge of taking care of the family vineyards of organic Monastrell grapes. Located just 7 kilometers from our restaurant in a cold area, at 760 meters above sea level, and with a lot of rainfall and thermal amplitude. It is a fresh, fruity and balsamic wine that transmits the character of the vineyard: surrounded by thyme, rosemary and scrubland. Its brief passage through a 500-liter barrel has also given it light roasted nuances.

CRAFT BEER

THE HERRERA

Beer is one of our great passions.
Juana started when she was 19 years old working in a brewery specializing in international beers. Now, as a sommelier, he couldn't miss bringing that passion to his restaurant.

“La Herrera is the beer that I would always drink when they ask me what I would like to drink.”

And having a Herrera in the family who is an integral part of our Workshop, we were only missing some alchemists (Cervezas Trinitaria) who would unite all the flavors we had in our heads.

BLONDE AND TOAST


The Blonde Herrera It is ideal to welcome our customers: refreshing, aromatic and perfect to whet your appetite with our organically grown patatas bravas.


Our beer Herrera Tostada (Munich type), reminds us of those malted and dry German beers, perfect for our pairings.
